A one day introduction to the wonderful world of Stand Up Paddle boarding! This day will be focused on giving you the basic skills of paddle boarding, and then building on those skills.

Intermediate course
​The Intermediate Paddle Boarding course will give you the ability to organise and carry out an enjoyable and safe trip on the water up to 200 metres from shore, up to force 3 in winds. Looking to refine skills then this is the perfect course for you.
